If you are not satisfied with your product or service purchase, you may be offered a refund.  VA Agency.in may provide you with a refund at our discretion when you make a reasonable request detailing why you deem a refund is necessary. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, exchange, store credit or extra services. We [do/do not] provide refunds for change of mind. In store returns: return your item to the store location from which you purchased it with the receipt or other proof of purchase. If you made the purchase by debit or credit card, please bring that same card with you when returning the item. Postal returns: online purchases are eligible to be returned by post. Keep proof of postage.VA Agency.in is not responsible for the loss of your package by the postal system.   You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was faulty). The original shipping cost is non-refundable (unless the item was faulty).   Refund method If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed back onto the payment method originally used. For postal returns, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process and inspect your return. Once approved, please allow7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
